Snow Days
Are you getting ready to move? Don't let the snow slow you down. It certainly isn't slowing down other home buyers. Just because it's snowing outside here in Michigan, home buyers are still out there looking for their next home.
If your home is currently on the market, make sure you do the following for each and every showing.
- Shovel a path to the front door.
- Make sure the driveway is cleared of snow.
- Have the inside temperature set to toasty.
- Keep the clutter down and out of the middle of the rooms.
